Our FSC workforce principles

Printcenter Eesti AS adheres to the FSC core labour standards and ensures a fair, safe and equal working environment.


🛡️ Legal and decent employment

  • All working relationships comply with Estonian law and FSC requirements.

  • Workers get fair pay and their rights are respected.

👶 Prohibition on child labour

  • Workers under 18 years of age are only allowed to work on simple and light work that is permitted by law.

  • Child labour is not used.

✋ Avoiding forced labour

  • The work is voluntary and without penalty.

  • No violence, debt slavery, withholding of wages, movement restrictions or threats will be tolerated.

⚖️ Preventing discrimination

  • All workers are equal.

  • Men and women receive equal pay for the same jobs.

🤝 Freedom of association and collective bargaining

  • Workers have the right to form and join organisations and to take part in collective bargaining.

  • We respect legally established organisations and applicable collective agreements.
